Finance Department

The Village's Finance Department is responsible for overseeing the fiscal operations of the Village.  Under the supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, with the assistance of the Treasurer, department responsibilities include the recording and reporting of all financial transactions, billing and collecting all monies due to the Village, making payments to employees and vendors, management of Village funds, assisting in the preparation of the annual operating budget, and preparation of the annual financial report.  Additionally, the Finance Department manages the refuse collection and utility billing processes.
